On submission you receive a confirmation page and an application reference number, and your application is routed to the membership officers responsible for your ward.

CCM collects only the information required to process and verify membership: your name, contact details, identification number, and the county, constituency and ward where you are registered. No unnecessary sensitive information is requested. You are asked for explicit consent before submitting, and you may request correction or removal of your records at any time.
