Who we are
A democratic movement rooted in the grassroots
Chama Cha Mashinani is a democratic, grassroots-oriented movement. Our organisation is membership-driven, accountable to its members, and built from the ward upwards so that decision-making stays close to the communities it serves.
Our ideological foundation rests on devolution, participatory democracy, cooperative governance and the prudent use of resources.
